PP label

PP label consist of white, high-gloss, polypropylene film with a top coating and pearl shade and a permanent water-based acrylic adhesive. It is characterised by stable dimensions, good tensile strength, tear strength, rigidity, and temperature use ranging from -20 to +100°C. It is a great printable substrate for most printing methods and the low density of the film promotes economical and versatile labelling process.

Resin ribbons
The specificity of printing with resin ribbons
Thermal transfer resin ribbons were made for the most demanding applications where resistance to high or low temperatures, mechanical strength, resistance to solvents or detergents are a must. Thanks to those properties, they ensure the highest print quality when compared to other thermal transfer ribbons, which is preserved usually up to 180°C, but even up to 300°C as well. It is similar for the print quality which reaches the highest level thanks to the ribbon capability to provide excellent print sharpness. Resin dyes require more energy from the print head to transfer to the label which is why the printing speed may be max. 250 mm/s, therefore lower than using wax-resin ribbons. Resin ribbons are compatible both with flat head and edge head printers. The major differences among resin ribbons refer to their features as regards resistance to: abrasion, scratching, temperature, solvents, and certain detergents. We have a wide range of resin ribbons for specific applications.
