Specificity of labelling in the metallurgical industry

Metallurgy is inherently associated with occurrence of extremely high temperatures. And this factor comes to the fore when choosing suitable labeling for products of this sector. Of course, the type of process and its specific stage during which the labelling takes place, the type of the marked element – its shape, surface character, etc. are of great importance. We have various materials – both self-adhesive foil labels and tags with excellent parameters. These are i.a. labels with sufficiently strong adhesive for difficult surfaces, labels resistant to weather conditions for marking components stored outside and transported, labels with extraordinary resistance to extremely high temperatures – even +800 °C. With regard to marking without adhesive use, we recommend plastic tags with high mechanical and chemical resistance as well as highly specialised and, importantly, a proven solution for marking steel elements which temperature reaches as much as +1200 °C.
