SKK the leader in process optimization and automation, appoints new Chief Executive Officer
Dawid Ostręga has been appointed the new CEO of SKK S.A. headquartered in Cracow, Poland. He takes over the position from Richard Lucas, founder and main shareholder, who remains as head of the company’s Board of Directors.
Dawid graduated Westminster University in London, England with a degree in Computer Science. He then went on to receive an MBA from Wesley College, Delaware’s oldest university. Dawid comes to SKK with a wealth of experience from industry leaders such as IBM, MMRG, iLoop Mobile or EPAM Systems, where he held upper management positions. Most recently he was the Operations Director at SolarWinds Poland.
“In our search for a new leader at SKK, we focused on finding a proven leader, experienced in managing large teams, but with a passion for technology. – said Richard Lucas, SKK’s founder – Dawid fits that description perfectly, having impressed us from the very beginning with his knowledge and experience in communicating with teams. My role as the CEO of SKK, was always intended to be interim, and I am very excited to be handing over to Dawid.”
The main task of the new CEO is to continue the impressive growth of the company, as well as strengthening SKK’s position as the leader in business process automation and optimization. Furthermore SKK will embark on a mission of expanding sales and operations worldwide.

The 2015 fiscal year, was a record setting period for SKK S.A. with sales growth at 30% on 2014. The company also doubled its profits in the same period.
